Website not loading

I have a website on one of those free hosting services and I'm having a strange issue. I can upload/download the files through FTP no problem, but I can't load the actual site. It's even weirder as it loads through a proxy. I have tried it on multiple browsers and devices but it's always the same result - website is not available error.

The only common thing all the tests had (that I can think of) is the ISP. Do you think that is the problem?

have you tried direct IP access? maybe the domain isnt linked to the IP yet

have you tried direct IP access? maybe the domain isnt linked to the IP yet

but then it wouldn't work through a proxy also
