Best (looks-performance) heatsink?

BloodWithIce

I am so tired of my h100i and the pump noise.
I have it with 2x Nb eLoops which make it pretty quiet, but I want something even more silent.
I was thinking about something like a Dark Rock?
Looks is very important to me.
I have a black-red-white scheme.

Are you running the pump at 12v or PWM? Because they tend to be noisy when switching speeds but at 12v usually run fairly quietly...

If the little pwm cable is plugged into your mobo remove it and only use the sata power connector.. see if that makes it quieter.

I personally think that the Cryorig stuff looks stunning, or perhaps some modded Noctua stuff. Could be fun :)

OP mentioned his H100i is a little loud. How loud are aio coolers, especially when under load?

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

It depends a lot on the fans you are using.

Using stock ones it can get a little loud because those fans are not that good.

I am using Nb eLoop fans which is basically as good as it gets in terms of radiator fan.

Ah I hadnt thought of the fans pushing the air through the rad being that loud (silly me).

I take it the pump isn't too loud/ prominent.

Thnanks for the answer btw!
