Widows 8.1 boots to log into "Other User"

I built a PC for my cousin for Christmas. When I installed windows it had no internet so it made an offline user. one it had internet I did the Microsoft login stuff and deleted the old user. now when booting it tries to log into "Other User". I have no idea what is causing it or how to fix it please help.

So basically you deleted the only user account.

 

I didn't think Windows would allow you to do that.

 

I'm not familiar with Win8, so maybe reinstall and not delete the user again?

no I made a new account and deleted the old one and now it seems to be trying to login into the deleted account.
