R9 280 brand variants?

So I've been wanting to build my first pc for a while, and I thought I had it all figured out. But I have noticed that each brand of gpu is different from another, varying in small way, such as OCing capabilities. I was just wondering what brand of gpu I should go with in this build? I plan on getting an i3-4150 with a z87 mpower Max ac motherboard.

If you guys could give me some advice on which r9 280 to get, that would be great.
