I want something along the lines of this but with vesa compatibility is i can wall mount dual monitors.

The Dell U2414H (matte) or S2415H (glossy).

Are there any more down around the 150 price range?

Dell S2340L

The S2340L doesn't support vesa without an aftermarket bracket.

Are there any more down around the 150 price range?

S2415H might go on sale again around christmas/boxingday from staples or dell. I got mine for $160 each on blackfriday.
