I have $115 to spend for my audio, what do I pick up?

So I am planning on restarting my YouTube channel in a big way very soon but I only have $115 to spend on a mic and arm for my channel (I already have a Blue Icicle so I do not need a XLR to USB converter)

 

I am wondering if I can get a better sounding mic and arm combo than these two items?

i'd buy an audio technica at2020.

I had one in the past and hated it, just doesn't work for my voice very well, I have a fairly deep voice for a 16 year old, I also used to have a Yeti, but it kinda was stolen :(

ok, that might be true. how was it stolen?

I left it in the car after coming home from a LAN where we had a livestream and used the mic, and the car got broken into (I live in the hood)  :(

Why Do you need another mic I see in your sig you have a electrovoice RE1000?
