Domain names

Go to solution Solved by Paralectic,

Do you know anything about http://dot.tk ?

P.S. This is a general query :P

dot.tk basically only redirects your .tk domain to your other hosted page.

A paid domain is really cheap and much better IMO.

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but oh well.

So I'm creating a site, in which I plan to have a system where you can see other people's builds etc. with a system like PCPP.

It's not that part I'm worried about atm, it's just the whole hosting part.

The only free domain name site I know of is http://dot.tk , but that doesn't allow stuff like: mypc.tk/y4p92 in order to create a unique name at the end.

Any ideas?

I'm not prepared to pay anything atm to make this site work.

Short answer: No, you can't find any free domains that don't have suffixs added to the end. (Eg: LinusTechTips.Freeforums.com).

Domains are very cheap these days. They start at around $5 a year...

Not really, but it is probably the worst domain you could use.

If it's free and you have no other option use it.
