4K Steam Overlay

Alright... So on CS:GO because its so easy to run and I was getting lots of FPS I enabled DSR (dynamic super resolution) for it, and it was all fine and dandy (still getting lots of FPS) until I noticed a bug I wasn't sure how to fix. The steam overlay was really tiny because it was running in 1080p or not scaled or something... but basically it is really tiny so can i get some help?

TL;DR 4k DSR with CS:GO = steam overlay is tiny. help plz

Thanks :)

Thanks but no- they just say that they have the same problem.

Right, but they also state that some solutions below that.

I believe they are just explaining how to enable DSR but then still complaining about the tiny overlay.

Any further help would be apreciated.

At one point in the past I googled how to make the text in steam games larger. Because I couldn't read some of it on my TV as a monitor. Turned out I had to open some steamscheme.res file in my game directory and change the values by hand.

It worked at the time, but now that I've updated to 4k I find it doesn't work anymore, or the guides I've been looking at aren't the same as the original one I found a long time ago. Try looking up by steamscheme.res and see what you find, maybe it will work for you.

Well so i googled it and you can change the font size, but the prob is that im not downsampling all my games from 4k, and the ones that are in 1080p, the UI is just too large.

I wonder if there are any other fixes. Any input?
