Looking for high res 17 inch or larger laptops

Are there still none above 1920x1080? 

I want 1440p if I cant find it, but I might settle for 4k. I don't want a 15.6 inch laptop.

Some old Dells used to be 1920x1200. A IBM ThinkPad has a slide out dual monitor and Dell used to have a 20" laptop. I think Toshiba might still make large laptops for the Qosmio line up.

I don't need larger than 17 inch, but I'm ok with it. I just want at least 17.3 and at least 1440p

not to be rude but none of those are high resolution. They are all 1080p. Does no one read the OP anymore?

I may have to settle for 15.6 inch 3k but I already have a lot more cheaper options for that. I just hate working ona  15.6 inch laptop. I used to use a 14 inch laptop and I hated it. Right now I have an 18.4 inch laptop and I don't want to give up large screens.

2. You never specifiy your budget nor the purpose of this laptop.

2. Laptop at 17" and above with a resolution of 1920x1080 or higher do not exist!

3. Laptops with 4K resolution are limited to just 15.6" or less

4. I selected Core i7 so it might be beneficial for your use as you want a 17.3" laptop. If you don't need then just grab a Core i5 or a non quad version of the Core i7. If you think I'm BSing or spamming on this part, Do some research on it

5. Learn some difference between a person who is spamming and a person who is trying to help. :rolleyes:

1. I had no proof of that. Your first post said "Here are some" and posted 1080p laptops. Your second post again posted 1080p laptops mentioning "true quad core", which had NOTHING do with ANYTHING

6. Funny enough if I could find a panel with an lvds controller to go with it, I would consider it. I have the skills required, and I'm willing to forgo a battery for this, and I already have made my own designs for laptop form factor itx machines.
