Hello, i really need help cuz somewhy im get these fps lag spikes on everything im doing even browsing or watching videos please help me it really such to have it check my dx diag i updated all drivers and everything im running win 10 check my dxdiag for more information    and what strange ist hat lags on video and other simple tasks

Stop running Windows 10 then. There's a pretty high chance that'll fix your problems. You're running alpha software, you should be expecting this kind of behavior, and if  you're not willing to put up with it (and / or figure it out on your own.) then you probably shouldn't be running it.

Win10 is very unstable and unrecommeneded for daily use, as it's only for testing. I've been there and I'm telling you, go back to Win8.1 and then wait for Win10 to come out as currently it's buggy as HELL.
