Pretty much this, steam isnt the only one with sales anymore. Amazon, uplay, origin, g2a, gmg, humblestore. All have there own sales to compete, sometimes they have even better deals than steam ir may have a deal still up that you missed on steam

 

yeah steam is very much a quantity thing vs quality. they'll always have a bigger catalog and bigger group of games on sale (particularly regional pricing may be better for some) - but almost always these days a 3rd party retailer will have a key title a lot cheaper than steam.

Is it worth buying FSX: Steam Edition when I already have FSX: Deluxe on discs that I've never used before?

 

Like in terms of updates etc.

About that regional pricing thing.... Valve went through and region locked ALL games from Russia, Czech, and South Asia.

Yeah it's weird but it's not bad, this is not solid snake so it's"ok" I got it on ps4.

Anyone picking up State of Decay?

I own it for Xbox 360 and PC and just this week started playing it seriously on Xbox 360.  It was an extremely fun game.  Huge world with cool stuff all over.  It is not a bad game to look at but at times has graphical glitches but nothing that makes it game breaking and it doesn't occur very often.  I think it is a must have for people who like The Walking Dead.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

I just picked up Tomb Raider, Max Payne 2, MGR and Euro Truck Sim 

 

I'm contemplating Dark Soul II, but I haven't played the first one, and reviews make it sound like I'll get wrecked. Should I?

Couldn't hold myself and bought Metal Gear, holy balls  that is one excellent port, it runs and look perfect!(I already own Dark Souls 2)
