Thermaltake Core V21, this thing has grown on me and fits your budget. Has some pretty cool features as well.

Hey guys!

Okay, this time I'm recruiting help for a great case preferably sub 75 USD (willing to go up to 125 USD). The cheaper the better really. I was looking at the Fractal Core 1000 earlier, just to give you an idea of how low I am willing to go. If there is a case that fits my needs for 2 USD then that's awesome!

Obviously, the $2 case is not happening, but let's talk about what I want:

I need a case that can support both Micro ATX and Mini ITX motherboards. Currently, I'm running on a m-itx system, but would like to be able to upgrade soon. I want to liquid cool my system. First, starting with the CPU and then the GPU. I would like to see mounting options for radiators on the top or front or both, for maximum cooling while overclocking. More than preferably, this is borderline make or break, I would like to have the PSU bottom mounted. I feel airflow works better for the PSU if it is bottom mounted and also makes cable management much cleaner. And the last thing that I want, and this is not necessary, is a window to see my components. I have carefully pieced together a matching red and black scheme to go with my MSI Gaming mobo and GPU, so hiding this from view is kind of a bummer. I think it goes without saying that cable management is a must for any case with a window, so better cable management means better value to me.

Thanks for all your help in advance and don't be afraid to suggest a full sized ATX tower if it supports my board.

Particle board, glue and nice coat of paint or you can check out the Bitfenix prodigy M.  The blue, green, red or orange ones look very nice.
I paid $100 Canadian for this case

For ATX, check out the silverstone KL04 or if you're willing to stretch your budget, the RV05.

For mATX, the silverstone PS07 is a brilliant small form factor choice, but is very limited in the WC department. The Fractal design arc mini is a solid choice for everything, including offset top fan mounts to support thick radiators.

Definitely going with this case! It's incredibly versatile and just what I'm looking for in a case. Thanks! I never would have found this without the help.
