H40 or H60

Hello,

Greetings,

I am planing to OC my i5 4690k and I need a good cooler for it,so will the H40 perform better or the H60?
Also they are both compatible with the socket type (LGA 1150) right?

They are both pants. Cheap AIO's like that you shouldn't bother with but out of those 2 the H60 will perform better but I recommend spending more for a better cooler
