That first word in the title there got me stuck for a good 5 seconds.. :/  Why not go with an APU build?

Core i7 4820K  |  NH-D14 | Rampage IV Extreme | Asus R9 280X DC2T | 8GB G.Skill TridentX | 120GB Samsung 840 | NZXT H440  |  Be quiet! Dark Power Pro 10 650W

The MSI H97M-G43 is a solid, good looking board.

The GIGABYTE GA H97M-D3H is a good board too, but I think the MSI board looks nicer.

Of those I would go with the gigabyte, why not going with an apu like an a6 or an a8 you will get better graphics performance compared to a pentium and the whole build might end up cheaper.

Main PC:

ASUS F1A55-M LX, AMD A6-3500, (2x2)gb Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 1600mhz, Seagate Barracuda 500gb 7200rpm,
Corsair CX430M, Cooler Master Elite 343, Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Netbook:

Lenovo Ideapad S10-2, Intel Atom N280, (1x1)gb DDR2 667mhz, WD Scorpio Blue 250gb 5400rpm, Zorin OS 9 Lite

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Go for Gigabyte

I got the MSI H97 and the BIOS is broken even after updating to the latest version twice
