I'd say the Oneplus One, but both devices are solid for your requirements. Take a look at some reviews, there are even quite some reviews out there that compare these devices.

Asus B85M-G / Intel i5-4670 / Sapphire 290X Tri-X / 16GB RAM (Corsair Value 1x8GB + Crucial 2x4GB) @1333MHz / Coolermaster B600 (600W) / Be Quiet! Silent Base 800 / Adata SP900 128GB SSD & WD Green 2TB & SG Barracuda 1TB / Dell AT-101W / Logitech G502 / Acer G226HQL & X-Star DP2710LED

I own a OnePlus One and it's an awesome phone, but I would honestly recommend the G3 because it's a much safer bet and if something goes wrong you own't have to wait months to get it fixed.

OnePlus One for sure man!

A QHD display is not needed for Web browsing or watching YouTube videos.

Also 1+1 has good battery life!

Recently 1+1 said that they are working on new ROM.

Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz - Intel Stock Cooler - Zotac Geforce GT 610 2GB Synergy Edition

Intel DH61WW - Corsair® Value Select 4GBx1 DDR3 1600 MHz - Antec BP-300P PSU

WD Green 1TB - Seagate 2.5" HDD 1TB - Seagate Barracuda 500GB - Antec X1 E.
