Motherboard defect or what? Help

I don't know if its the motherboard or my power supply is not enough. At first I choose 385Watts then I thought it is the power supply then I change it to 600Watts but still the same result.

 

Spec:

Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE

CPU: Intel Core i3 4160

GPU: Inno3D GT730 128bit ddr3

RAM: 2x Apotop 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz

PSU: Enermax Triathlor 385Watts > Xigmatek Tauro 600Watts

Storage: WD Blue 1TB

Case: Cooler Master N600 with Window

Other: TP-LINK TL-WN781ND

it may be a ram problem because i had a similar issue with this, and i found out i had the ram in the wrong chanels ( mobo isnt color coded im not retatred trust me)

I put 2 single channel RAM.

Yup, but still I want to put the other RAM. I go to where I bought the RAM they said that 2 single channel is working. I don't know how.

if you have to leave oe out try putting them in different slots to fit the right chanels that may work

I did but it still won't work. :(
