Thinking of ordering this monitor for Christmas. Was wondering what you guys think of it?

Would it be okay to run games such as league of legends etc with a 3960X @ 4Ghz and a slightly oc'd 780Ti?

Should run LOL fine, though more demanding games will be a massive struggle

 

its a nice display though you need the horsepower to run it, maybe 1440p would be more suitable

Overall I think it's a good monitor (I own it), but there is some severe ghosting with dark backgrounds and some backlight bleed. 

Colors are pretty decent, side viewing angles are great, top/down viewing angles aren't that great. Your 780ti will struggle in newer games at max settings, you may be able to do high without AA (aa passed 2x isn't noticeable to me anyways)

 

edit: Just noticed you asked for LoL, I get 150+ fps with a 270 at 4k, you'll be able to run it easily.

Awesome, 780Tis are getting pretty cheap now so I may pick another one up in the new year. So it's settled, going to order this thing soon.

Mistakes were made. Was looking at the specs for a different monitor thought it was 4k ips but it's not. Going to get the Asus PB287Q
