Opinions on Akg k240 studio headphones

I'm thinking of buying my first set of headphones (been using Apple Earpods on my pc for quite some time now) and was wondering whether the Akg k240 are a good buy. I found a used pair online for $80 AUD which I believe to be a good price since things are mega expensive here in Australia.

 

What do you guys think?
