Windows 7 installation problem

Hello all,

 

I am in the progress of assembling my new desktop and I have countered some issues when I try to install win 7 using usb stick. I used ultraISO to create a USB hdd+ and it is a windows 7 English 64 bit home premium edition. The system recognize the usb and shows the screen of loading windows files and after the windows logo shows up the screen goes black after 4,5 seconds and never comes back on. BIOS is okay nothing unusual. Any ideas what has gone wrong? 

 

My list of hardware:

 

i5-4690;

Asus h97-plus;

xfx r9 280 black edtion;

gskill 2X4GB RAM;

sumsung 840evo 120GB ssd;

corsair cx750m;

Bad iso or just it wasn't installed onto the flash drive properly or the flash drive just isn't working right with it... I had this problem with one flash drive but not the other.

Maybe try this Official Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool? It has instructions on the page linked.

Edit: I also used this Windows 7 iso.

Hello Darkman. I have tried the iso and usb burning software you suggested but nothing is changed. I even tried to switch between ssd and hdd. Anymore suggestions? Do you think its a hardware failure or some system configuration mistake?

After two nights of struggle I finally got windows installed. I used a external usb optical dirve instead of usb stick and everything just worked magically.  :blink:

No problem! You might've not had it to set to boot from USB in the BIOs...
