HTC One M8 VS Moto x (2nd gen) VS Other recommendations.

Hey guys, just curios about your opinions of the HTC One M8 vs Moto x 2nd gen. If you don't like either then recommend something else! Thanks for the time and input

 

What I am looking for:

Have to be able to get on Verizon

2+ gb of ram

32 gb or more of built in storage

at or under $150 (USD)

Solid construction

Strong WiFi

Android (nothing against apple, just don't like IOS)

 

What I would prefer:

Big battery

Upgradeable memory (Micro sd card slot)

Metal (Like htc one)

I would say moto x, after that I would get a one plus one. After that I would get an M8. The M8 looks great but stock android is so lovely.

both of those phones are basically the same, the only difference between the 2 is the OS and the cameras used. Maybe the speakers if that's a big deal to you.

I know its not a lot for an unlocked phone, but for not really having the money to upgrade right now anyways (as I just spent a butt load of money on upgrading my pc). Its just, I hate my note 3, and want to get rid of it...

touch wiz does in fact....blow. But that phone is still really powerful I would save money to get something you will really enjoy.

Yeah, you're right, and as you said, 300 really is not that much, in consideration that I could bring it to any carrier...

I would get the moto x mainly because of mostly stock android and customizable back. If you don't care about those two then I would recommend the One M8.

I would get the moto x because I love stock android so much. I only have an htc one m8 because I didn't have time to wait for the moto x. My ideal phone is the sony xperia z3, it has no significant flaws, amazing build quality, great battery, a great screen, is waterproof, and has a great camera. I would get one if it is possible any any way to do so, I couldn't because I needed to get a phone with a 2 year contract on at&t.

I appreciate the recommendation, but at the price of 200 dollars, i think I would rather cough up the 350 for the Oneplus one...
