Specific Webcam...

Hi. I'm looking for a webcam that is not battery (so a USB for power) but it streams the video via bluetooth/wifi (or any wireless streaming way) 

 

I can't be paying $100 or anything but anything below that works. Also any ideas that might need something like a webcam already then a accessory work as well. 

 

I'm up for anything at this point. Thanks, ~FRED

After looking at this post, I immediately thought Raspberry pi... You could set up a stream with the pi (which I know has been done before) and do what you want with that. It's an avenue worth exploring anyway...

I have a Pi but not the camera :P

 

This is for a high school robotics competition. a Pi might work nice but I would need to find some software that would stream it to something like YouTube or Twitch.

Edit: It is possible (here) but the FPS is rather low know of any other options?
