My brothers xbox-360 account will say that the account does not have permission to join online games. HE HAS XBOX GOLD. When I test the connection one error pops up saying go to www.xboxlive/servicealerts.com to see service alerts. What do I do when I get to that page to fix the problem. No auto updates or new terms and conditions show up. Please help!
