Best quiet pc fans

Hi,

I am going to get the inwin s-frame and I need help choosing the fans for my 360mm rad. I want very good performing (I have an overkill build) but for it also to be very quiet - 20db or under.

I was looking at the corsair af quiet edition fans but I am not sure if they are any good for rads. They run at 21db max.

Gentle Typhoons?

Didn't they stop making those?

Probably some noctua fan. I can't exactly find them because I'm on mobile ATM :P

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

You want static pressure fans on rads. Your options are: Noctua NF-F12's, Noiseblocker E-loops, Corsair SP120 HP's, Noiseblocker BlackSilent Pro's, Rosewill Hyperborea's or Aerocool Dead Silence fans.

This^

However don't forget, you can't really install e-loops in pull as the blades touch the rad and forget the corsairs if you want a really quiet build.

Best of best are noctuas. But if that is to expensive and you want nice looking fans you can get corsair fans, I have them and they are silent at 3/4 of their max speed.
