Burning Personal DVD Content to another

So I taped a school performance and they want me to make it into 5 copies. I have made 1 copy into 2 parts(2 separate DVDs) Now they want to burn it from the 2 put it together and burn it onto a bigger dvd on a pc where I did it on a Mac. Is it possible or do you have to download it first

Update they tried downloading it and when it says 6 minutes left it goes and quits and says it can't complete the action
