Hello everyone. This build log is a custom computer case I am in the process of designing. The machine inside (parts listed below) will be completely water-cooled when I am done.

THE SPEC LIST:

-PC specs-

Motherboard - ASUS Z97-AR (Have)

CPU - Intel Core i7 4790k (Have)

GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 780Ti x2 (Need 2nd card)

RAM - Corsair Vengeance 16GB (Need 16GB more)

PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA 850w G2 80+ gold (If I only do one GPU)

Storage: Boot - Intel SSD 128GB

Storage: Mass - WD Black 1TB

-Watercooling specs-

Bitspower fittings:

Deluxe White

EKWB Water blocks:

Supremacy EVO CPU block

EK-FC780 GTX Ti - Nickel

EKWB Res:

Still not sure on Radiators, pump, tubing and coolant. I am open to suggestions.

THIS CASE, may look unappealing on the outside, but there is a reason I am calling it, "Geometric Slant." the inside components and all going to be on a 45* angle.

The case is 25" or 635mm tall, 26" or 660.4 long and 15" or 381mm wide

Here are some pictures of the case so far:

I am wondering, why a 40 degree angle? will it be pointing up or down?

Im guessing its going to have the 40degree angle to show off the mono better through the window and have the pump and cables behind it? Interesting, subbing :)

I decided to change the angle so it's a little less aggressive, it will probably be more like 30*

The motherboard will be pointing up, but on a 30* angle.

Heres a kinda of a cool idea, what if you slanted the motherboard forward, so it would be angled towards the window, this would show off the motherboard and the water cooling if you did any.  With this you could use a PCI riser to move the video card some where better :D

I would assume that you are one of those people that knows how to work with metal. I hope so, because it is always interesting to see someone built a custom case.

So far looks like I will be keeping the slant.

The poll will be up until 9:00p.m. EST. It's looking like I will keep the 45* angle design. I already have ideas... Stay tuned.

Having the mobo and GPU in the middle of the case is going to be difficult, but I have an idea. Will work on it later tonight.
