Most of the parts are here besides the ammo can so I dismantled everything  to allow the me to get the fans on the Rad its a tight fit 

while it was apart I decided to give it another respray due to some of the tan getting rubbed off due to my son tipping it over.

I went with an almost sand feeling textured paint with a coat of clear over the top to make sure it it will hold up to the elements (ie. Kids) 

 

so here the pictures of the Respray

Cutting the ammo can with a dremel was a pain, also trying to find a place to move the 3.5" inch HDD

Im thinking about going to the gun range today to find some spent shell casings to use as art and to reduce any sag in the graphics card.

This is great!  I hated the way that case looks stock, but with it painted up like this it looks perfect. Great work so far.

Consider painting the gpu shroud as well, maybe a different colour?

I chose that specific card because It was similar military looking colors plus Im selling the system so I do not want to void any warentys on the parts by painting them

It looks amazing.  I think the ammo box is a little wasted, however, since it's covered by the side panel where you have the writing on it.

Ergh.. Well, I like the concept.. Just that I can't get my eye to cooperate with the "military colors". I'd rather see some digital camo pattern to it.

Preferably of the urban type since it looks better to me. I mean, you're not going to bring it into war so who cares if it's actually battlefield efficient?

 

Anyways, good luck with future modifications, glad to see something different.

I agree I feel its a bit bland I need to invest in an airbrush, but im working my way there they will only get better with time. I would of liked to go with a multi cam look or an OCP cammo look but that would of added time and cost. also with the air brush I coauld of added alloth mor edrama in and out of the case by adding a graphic seen or some fo bullet holes.
