Is it worth it to crossfire 7950's at 1080p?

Hello. I have a question. Is it worth it to crossfire my current Sapphire HD 7950 with an r9 280?

I only have a single 1080p, 60hz monitor.

I can get either another r9 280 (7950) or just like a proper gaming mouse for Christmas.

I'm slightly edging towards crossfiring my current 7950 but I don't know if it's worth it for just a single 60hz 1080p monitor.

I play all kinds of demanding games (Far Cry 4, Battlefield 4 etc etc).

You cant crossifre a 7950 with an R9 280 if that is what you are saying. You can only crossfire cards that are the same.

They are the same actually. Also, you can XFIRE any two cards on the same chip, XFIRE isn't as picky as SLI.

@Ziuk is a single 7950 not giving you enough performance? If it's not, get another. If it is, get a new mouse.

You can probably find a really cheap used 7950 ($115) and that would be a great option.
