MMX 300 crackle at high volume?

So I have been using my new MMX 300s for a few hours and when I turn them up loud I get some pretty bad crackling. I do not have an amp or a dedicated soundcard and my motherboard is the MSI Z77 G43, what could I do to fix it? Or is it a problem with the headphones themselves?

So an amp would fix this? How powerful would the amp have to be? Would something like a FiiO E6 be enough for my 32 OHM headset? Or would I have to step up to something like an E10 or Shiit Modi?
