Good software for capturing fps and more?

Hey, who can suggest a nice software for capturing fps, gpu load, cpu, rams etc? I saw TotalBiscuit not long enough using something to do that it was on bottom of the left screen in green letters with fps, gpu load and heat, cpu load and heat, rams... i have fraps for capturing fps, but wanna see my whole PC load in games.

Msi afterburner with the overlay switched on.
