Help Please recommend a good graphics card (more info inside)

Hi

I'm building myself a gaming PC, nothing fancy. My current PC is dying of old age and am looking for a replacement. As I am a newb at this I still need assistance.

I have currently selected these parts:

ASUS B85-PRO GAMER  -  http://www.amazon.com/B85-PRO-GAMER-90MB0IK0-M0EAY0-Intel-LGA1150/dp/B00J3KACCY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1417200525&sr=8-1&keywords=ASUS+B85-PRO+GAMER

INTEL Core i5 4690 3.5GHz 6MB BOX LGA1150  -  http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Core-i5-4690K-Processor-BX80646I54690K/dp/B00KPRWB9G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1417200558&sr=8-1&keywords=INTEL+Core+i5+4690+3.5GHz+6MB+BOX+LGA1150 (I know the link takes to the wrong cpu, I'm not looking for OC, but it was the only link I could find quickly)

CORSAIR Vengeance LP CML8GX3M2A1600C9G 8GB (2x4GB) PC12800 DDR3  -  http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-1600MHz-PC3-12800-CML8GX3M2A1600C9G/dp/B00EH1QUES/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1417200668&sr=8-1&keywords=CORSAIR+Vengeance+LP+CML8GX3M2A1600C9G+8GB+%282x4GB%29+PC12800+DDR3

All I need is a good graphics card that will run most things on high settings (them textures). I don't really expect 60fps or anything, 30fps would do as long as its not laggy. I'm willing to spend 300~350€.

For a point of reference, a graphics card that I was looking at, in euros is 317€ and on amazon its 323$.

As I have a pretty crappy PC, anything you suggest and I buy will amaze me, but I'm looking for something that will last as long as this PC did (going on 6 years now)

If needed: I mostly play strategy and racing games if that matters.

Thanks

The cheapest one I could find in my country is 386€... Its not exactly my price point but I'll live without those extra 30€ just fine. I have the option to select it with either two or one fan... two is better right?

One fan: http://www.mlacom.si/evga-04g-p4-1970-kr-gtx970-4gb-pcie

Two fans: http://www.mlacom.si/evga-04g-p4-2972-kr-gtx970-acx-2-0-4gb-pcie

I don't really care about noise. I'm more concerned about quality. Which one would be considered of a good build?

Any other opinions or is this a generally well accepted graphics card?

Well, one is a blower style, and the other is an open air. Open air coolers general have lower temps and its quieter because the fans don't have ramp up to cool the card
