Need Help picking out Water cooler+choosing monitor

Hello guys,

I'm building a Gaming rig, and I need help picking out a water cooler and choosing between two monitors

My PC part picker list is: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/yRNcmG

Which monitor should i get? Benq xl2420z or asus pa248q (And no I cant get both, I'm trying to keep this build under $2000)

For the water-cooler,  I was originally going to pick the Corsair 110, but it isn't "compatible" with my case so I'm assuming it wouldn't fit or something (but I want to keep the current case I have on the list). My next choice would be the Corsair 100i but theyre both kind of loud so does anyone have a water-cooler that's a bit more quiet than the corsairs?

Thanks!

Well I plan on OCing a lot, I spend 80-90% of my time on PC gaming so yeah I will be OCing a lot. is the H80i very loud? It says 37 db which is pretty similar to the 100i
