Dell E2414Hx vs Dell P2414H

I bought the 27" Dell U2713HM, now I need a second monitor next to it. I am looking at the Dell E2414Hx, which is $100 at Amazon. There is also a Dell P2414H for $190 at Staples. The monitor isnt used for gaming, but for watching movies while gaming, and doing business work on the monitor. Both of these look good. Thanks for your help.
