WIFI Incompatibility with OS

Hey.

 

So I bought a laptop that has built in Windows 8 installed. 

I really hated Windows 8, so I downgraded it to Windows 7 (The same version as my Pc's). To my surprise, some of the laptop's hardware is not compatible with 7 as the mouse keeps on bugging and even though I have installed all of the necessary software, it can't use WIFI.

 

What I did next is to upgrade it to a different Windows 8 Os, Windows 8.1 Pro. Although everything ran smoothly, the internet is so slow. I mean, the internet speed runs fast on my other devices (phones and laptops) but it only goes up to 10kbps on my laptop and it keeps on disconnecting.

 

*And yes, I have also installed everything neceassry*
