What is a good 2D drawing software?

I am looking for a good 2D drawing software.

I am not sure which one to look for.

I want to know if there are any good free one.

GIMP is pretty good

Gimp is definitely a good free solution. Loads of tutorials online for this kind of thing as well.

GIMP Has one of the worst user interfaces ive ever come across.

 

If youre still in education you should be banle to get free or heavily discounted copies of Photoshop.

I finally got the tablet, and I tried out with GIMP.

Well, it is nice it is free because I have use it before, but it lacks a lot of drawing features.

Making it a bit difficult to draw on it. Not saying I can't do it just a bit difficult.
