I REGRET BUYING A AMD FX-8320 EVERYDAY Why would u tell me to buy it???????????????????

??? because you've mentionned looking for an AMD CPU and this is as good as it gets...and BTW this will still limit the performance of a GTX970 (i had one running at 4.6ghz along with my GTX780 and it was limiting the card performance pretty bad in many games).

I'd suggest you look for a core i5-4590 or similar along with a cheaper H97 motherboard...this will give you good performance.

MOD: please move this into the CPU subforum! thanks

| CPU: Core i7-8700K @ 4.89ghz - 1.21v  Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING  CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i V2 |

But you said 8350 in the non edited post, i pointed it out for you.

There is no 8350 on sale for 100 dollars, it's only the 8320.

even cheaper with a H81 board that would cost around the same as a 970+8320.
