You must be easily impressed.

Intel have server CPUs with a higher core count.

Research before you post stuff like this; it's apparent you didn't even google (even without clicking anything) about Intel's server offerings.

Todays "16" cores Interlagos is 8cu/16c CPU. Not  true core build as example Core architecture or Stars architecture.

In future will creating new performance CPU "Zen" at 20nm. There is not much informations yet. I heard this CPU will have few things from Bulldozer architecture and some new things...

Yeah AMD's CPUs are still far beind. An 8 core xeon with hyperthreading is better than a 16 core opteron.

What people like you need to understand is that more cores != more performance.

as I said, its 8CU/16C.Its multithread oponent to Intel 8C/16T. Simply this "16" cores has 8 FP, 8x L2,L1 shared.

There is example of FX-8150 ( 8 core, but better to say 4 core units ) Marketing say 8 cores, but enginners or guys as me and others saing 4CU/8C.

Yeah even i'm not overwhelmed here (because i already know this), however would i take an amd fx16 core (unlocked multi) for £205 at 3Ghz with a 150w TDP? yeah....
stick on a hyper 212 (which can cool a 140w 5820k) and you'll have a nice cheap render rig that should beat a 4770k, in games so long as its well threaded it'll be okay, going from 4ghz to 3Ghz you'll still get 96% of the performance while getting 1100 on cinebench r15 with a minor bump to 3.5ghz
http://www.techspot.com/review/734-battlefield-4-benchmarks/page6.html
single threaded games what ones there are anymore will run like crap(still better than the pentium 4 they used to be run on), but who buys a 4770k when a pentium-k will match it in those games?
"but i want to play single threaded mmo's from 2001 AND edit" well then get your wallet out and buy a 5960x, i'm sorry there's no other option for you. but you want the best you gotta buy it.

Isn't there hyperthreading as well :)

Indeed, although as Linus showed in a recent video there are very few tasks that actually use more than 20 threads.
