Which computer should I build?

Eaxq

I am building a new computer soon. I have put together two builds and I need help deciding which one fits my needs best. I am going to be doing light gaming and editing/rendering.

Here's build 1 (Intel-based):

Processor: Intel Core i3-4150

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-HD2

Video Card: Asus R9 270

Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB Kit (4x2) - Black

Storage: WD Blue 1 TB HDD (I have a few SSD's laying around That I will use)

Case: Rosewill Micro-ATX Mini Tower - Line M

PSU: EVGA 500w 80+ Certified

Here's Build 2 (AMD-Based):

Processor: AMD FX-6300 6-Core CPU

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270

Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB Kit (4x2) - Black

Storage: WD Blue 1 TB HDD (I have a few SSD's laying around That I will use)

Case: Rosewill Micro-ATX Mini Tower - Line M

PSU: EVGA 500w 80+ Certified

Which one would best suit my needs? Like I said, I'm going to be doing light gaming and video editing. The games that I'll play won't be very cpu-heavy. I personally prefer the Intel based system but I would do the AMD if it would be better for me. Thanks.!

computer #1 will be better at gaming.

Computer #2 better at rendering

What specific games?
