Advice on buying a laptop

Afternoon guys

Was just looking for some advice, i need a laptop for uni that can run Solidworks well and will also be an average gaming laptop. i was looking at the MSI CX61 2PC, it has a Intel Core i7-4712MQ and i will upgrade it to 16gb ram. I was just worried that the gpu might be a problem as it only has a 2gb nvidia GeForce GT 820M and from what i have looked at, this isn't that good of a graphics card.

Budget is R12000 /$1000

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Look for something with an 850m / 860m ideally, an 820m is not really for gaming or 3d design

The Lenovo Y50 (i think thats what it is) has a 850/860m and an i7 for not too much money.
