Buying new parts and need more opinions.

We all know Christmas is around the corner and its about time i upgrade my computer. My head is spinning from how many options I have and could use some other opinions. Right now I'm running....

 

Windows 7 Home premium
I5 3570k (no oc)

Corsair h60 water cooler

P8Z77-V LX

GeForce GTX 660ti

16 GB Corsair vengence 1600 MHZ

Ultra power supply 750 Watt

WD 1TB 7200RPM (Storage)

OCZ Vertex 128GB (operating system)

 

I have $300 to spend so I have a good amount of options, but I am so indecisive about what I want. Any advice will help.

Sell the 660Ti and get a 970 :)  You'll be getting more than twice the performance gain.  And why no OC on the CPU? :P

I agree with the above comment, go ditch the 660 and get a 970

Man, you guys reply really fast! The 970 has been on my radar for a since it came out. The reason I haven't OC is that i don't really feel comfortable with the h60. It keeps temps very cool, usually around 35C idle, and 65-75C max load. The reason I haven't OC is that I'm very paranoid xD.
