Why is this not a thing?

Making a panel that is 2 1080p panels side by side, so it is like dual monitor, with no bezels?
And it could be curved as well.

Why has nothing been done with this?
Just manufacturing price/startup cost?

I think at that point it makes a lot more sense to manufacture a 21:9.  I would imagine that it just doesn't make sense from a profit point of view.
