How to setup link aggregation (What do I need?) Synology NAS

Hello forums,

I'm wanting to set-up a 2-Way/4 way link aggregation to maximize the speed of computers for my home network)

What switches would I need to set-up either a 4 way or 2 way link aggregation?

CPU: i5 4670k @ 3.4GHz + Corsair H100i      GPU: Gigabyte GTX 680 SOC (+215 Core|+162 Mem)     SSD: Kingston V300 240GB (OS)      Headset: Logitech G930
