I would say the 780 Ti to be honest

The twin frozr is really cheap here for some reason (200$ cheaper than any other 780 TI).

The worst price to performance GPU is the TITAN Z at launch prices. That car was phenomenally expensive for something which was just two GTX 780TIs on one pcb.
