You'll be more than fine with that Corsair PSU.

It will run it, but the Seasonic G 550W @ $115 is far better

Seasonic make some of the best power supply's. You should be fine with 500 but you can always go for 550 or 600 if your want keep the power supplely  as you upgrade you build. Corsair also make fantastic power supply s so you can go earthier way.
