It should be fine provided you have enough cables to plug everything in.

More than enough it's got a single +12v rail rated for 552 watts. A single R9 270 consumes around 150 watts at full load so 300 watts for the pair leaves 252 watts to drive the rest of the system (which shouldn't need that much power).
