WHICH would be a better 4k Motherboard?

The motherboard will not affect the performance of your computer, just get one that looks nice, has all the features you want and fits your budget :)

PS: Either of those would be good choices.

My Current Build:

Intel i5 3570K @ 4.4GHz 1.11V, Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, Asrock Z77 Extreme4, Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz, Samsung 840 EVO 250GB, Asus GTX 760 DCII Overclocked, Corsair CX600M

Your second link is broken.

The motherboard won't play a factor in 4k resolutions, it really depends on your GPU + CPU combo since that's doing all the driving, the board is merely hosting it. Any decent Asus board is fine.

Motherboard will have no impact on performance at a given resolution (or performance at all).  Performance at one resolution vs another depends entirely on the graphics card(s).

With the ASUS OC socket the highest possible overclock for your CPU will theoretically be higher than all the other brands :D so it kinda makes a performance difference there if you are going to be overclocking on phase change or LN2 :D

The idea's that some people have about hardware are amazing.

Motherboards make a difference in overclocking, sure.  But the board itself doesn't change performance just by being X motherboard.  In any case, resolution has no impact on CPU load, so no matter what motherboard and no matter how high the overclock compared to a different board, the amount to which the rig is "4K ready" will depend on the graphics cards and nothing else.

PCI Express bandwidth really doesn't affect gaming.

The Maximus VII is $10 cheaper than the other one anyway so I'd say it's well worth the extra little boost in FPS and it also looks nicer IMO :)

Worry less about your motherboard and more about the absolutely expensive and kick arse graphics cards you will need to complete the task...
