They updated the firmware ages ago that fixed the issues it had apparently.

 

 

I've been looking for an ssd to use as a game drive, this is mighty tempting.

Really? I've heard nothing but good things about it and I've never seen someone dis-recommend it.

That was fixed so it isn't a problem anymore.

HAD. But I guess resolved issues bother some people.

My oh my if only it came with dragon age instead. I don't really want far cry 4 that much. It's fairly okay.

you could always sell the FC4 copy on G2A or websites similar to it

+ Better reliability with server-based technology

+ Longer lifetime

 

Samsung 840 EVO:

+ Faster write speeds

+ Free game

 

With both of them around the $200 mark, it's a tough choice....

I think I am going to jump on this. Going to upgrade my 256GB 840 Evo with this and put my 256GB in my GF's Macbook that only has 128GB... May also see if I can trade Far Cry 4 for Dragon Age Inquisition.
