GameBoy Challenge

I was quite curious as to what the LTT community could throw together using the original restraints of the GameBoy.

Limited IO, limited processing capabilities, code optimization, what could be more challenging?

Basically, I'm throwing together resources for the original GameBoy and, if anyone cares, I would like to see what can be programmed to actually run on GameBoy. It could be a game, calculator, music player, what have you.

Emulator and Debugger:

    BGB (for Windows)

Compiler:

    GBDK (GameBoy Developers Kit)

Assembler:

    GameBoy Assembler Plus

Programming documents:

    Straight from Nintendo

"Assembly Language Commands, Timings and Opcodes, and everything you wanted to know about GB but were afraid to ask."

Similar to above, not the same, but in .txt format by some of the same people.

There are a lot more documents and tools than what I've listed. Please feel free to use anything, just so long as it is less than 8 MB in storage size and can operate on the proper hardware.

I'd gladly update the tools and resources on request, as to create a hub for everyone and not just Windows users to be able to participate.

Please link to your source, what you used to create your .gb if not linked here, and possibly the .gb itself so others may be able to play and test your application.
