Trouble sending SMS' to iPhone from a Windows phone 8.1

RavMark
Hey Guys!

For anyone good with mobiles, I desperately need your help!

So I have a Windows Phone (8.1) and I'm having trouble calling or sending text messages to iPhones, where it be iPhone 5 or iPhone 4.. etc. When I call it goes straight to their voicemail, when I SMS they don't receive anything.

I put my SIM into an older iPhone 4 I have and sent a message to an iPhone 5 and they received the message. I put the SMS back into my phone and they did not receive the message. I tried with iMessage on and off with the receiving mobile but still no hope.

I think it's my SIM settings on my Windows Phone but I have no clue. Please help!

Do this, it should work. I know you said you turned it off, but it could have glitched and your # could still be in their system.

Just to make sure, when I'm receiving the code, it's on my old iPhone, right?|

Edit: Nevermind

No, you should pop the SIM back into your WP8.1 device.
