What should I do?

bardenboy

Recently my computer, which is about 3-4 years old, has been somewhat slow and my hard drive sounds a little too loud. Programs have also been unresponsive quite a lot. Also yesterday  I couldn't get past the windows logo on boot without getting a BSOD. I tried a few system restores and still have the same problem, I'm thinking my hard drive is dead or something but I want to know if getting a new hard drive will fix the BSOD and even the slowness issues? Or will I need a new computer?

You might just need a brand new hard drive when you hear loud noises coming from it that means it's almost to it's end  and may as well list your specs of your current computer as well.

NEVER GIVE UP. NEVER STOP LEARNING. DONT LET THE PAST HURT YOU. YOU CAN DOOOOO IT

Thing is I bought it from cyber power which is a regrettable choice and I actually don't have a clue what half of my specs are. I know I have an i7, 6gb of ram, an asus p6x58d-e motherboard and a gtx 460 but other than that I'm not sure. Also I sometimes hear a sort of buzzing noise coming from the speakers, would that be anything to do with the psu? Should I be worried? Thanks
