Corsair K70 vs Corsair K70 RGB

What's the difference between the 2? The RGB is 30 bucks more expensive than the original one?

 

From my understanding, it's just the lighting that is different? But, is there anything else?

The only real difference between the two is the lightning. One has RGB lightning, the other has not.

The RGB K70 uses Panasonic lighting controllers to control the RGB LEDs so you can have (in theory) 16.8 million different colours. The logo on the RGB K70 is also the new Corsair Gaming Logo which is a bit like Marmite.

So the keys and the layout are all the same?

 

So, if I didn't care for RGB lighting, there wouldn't be a difference?
